I’m Rosa, a certified neurology nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner student, wife, and mother of three. My approach to women’s health is rooted in functional medicine — looking beyond symptoms to understand the root causes of what women experience in their bodies, particularly through the hormonal and metabolic shifts of midlife.
Women’s health has long been one of the most underdiagnosed and overlooked areas of medicine.
